The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and spoke good English. Our rooms were close to the lift, which was good for my elderly mother. Parking was easier than we expected - there were plenty of spaces close to the hotel and the receptionist helped us with a discount rate for the duration of our stay. It's right next to the park for Terme parkrun, and the Tettucio Spa, funicular railway and the town centre were all within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sunshine.

Everything! Perfect location, 10 minutes from train station, 1 minute from park and centre.Staff were so helpful and friendly, bedrooms comfortable and luxurious and breakfast excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

I have known the hotel for over 50 years as my family used to go to Montecatini Terme for the Spa facilities and always stay at Croce di Malta. I had not been to Montecatini for 40 years. The hotel has been well renovated since then.

Very clean hotel, nice pool with enough sun beds (it was not busy at all), room was great and very clean, bed was very comfortable.
